Working within and along side of many businesses we began to see a common occurrence in growing pains or growth bottlenecks. Companies with great potential struggling to find the right systems and programs to assist leveling up. Usually the business owner has all the knowledge in their head and drip feeds it to their staff when and where needed. This results in poor productivity, frustration, a bad customer experience and staff turnover.

Despite a variety of positions all roads lead to maintaining consistent flow in Processes, Compliance and Systems. I enjoy problem solving whether it be through efficient documentation or marketing solutions. I excel working alongside small business on advancing their companies and skillsets but also with Clients in finance debt management strategies and projects. My 10+ years in Project Management has taught me the streamlined process of Scoping and implementing a Plan, a team and strategy to achieve outcomes within a refined timeline. I am a strategist and a gatherer of tools and information who loves a challenge.

My early days of employment began learning a trade and then into running my own businesses. I enjoy utilising my business experience, information technology skills and an optimistic outlook to assess risk, evaluate opportunities to incorporate short, medium and long-term business needs. An appetite for knowledge has allowed me multiple changes of industry, applying my ability to self-teach new skills. Exceptional Web Development and System Integration skills, E-Commerce Project Management expertise all underscored with the vision crucial for developing new markets and building strong business alliances. My technical curiosity has seen a new hobby develop in 3D Printing and all things associated from template development to Filament and accessories supply.
